Jigsaw is the National Centre for Youth Mental Health and their vision is to change how Ireland thinks about, responds to and supports young people’s mental health.
In Jigsaw all of the service hubs have a Youth Advisory Panel (YAP) which is made up of young people between the ages of 16-25 years. The YAP members are volunteers and they support Jigsaw by sharing their views on how each service should work, helping make operational decisions and influencing how Jigsaw supports young people in their communities.
Jigsaw Roscommon’s YAP members felt it was a good idea to support the transition of sixth class students starting secondary schools and decided to design an Infographic titled ‘Minding your mental health as you start secondary school’.
The infographic is displayed above and can be downloaded here.
